Job summary

A fresh food manufacturing company located in Balakong, Selangor, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the food manufacturing industry, excellent knowledge of quality management systems, and experience with HACCP and FSSC 22000 certifications. Responsibilities include leading the QA/QC team, managing quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality control best practices.
• Experience and knowledge in Hazard, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 2200 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department.
• Analyze daily production standards and quality control reports.
• Manage documentation related to QA/QC applications.
