Job description

Bangi Plastics Sdn Bhd. is seeking a dedicated QA Officer to join our manufacturing team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full‑time role will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our production processes and final products. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical part in maintaining our industry‑leading position.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control plans and processes
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished goods
• Identifying and resolving quality issues promptly to minimize production delays and waste
• Maintaining detailed quality records and reports to support continuous improvement
• Collaborating with production, engineering and procurement teams to enhance quality systems
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of quality control techniques, such as statistical process control, FMEA and ISO standards
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Proficient in using MS Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet quality targets
• Degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field
