Job summary

A prominent food company in Malaysia seeks a quality assurance officer to ensure that products meet food legislation and customer requirements through daily inspections. Responsibilities include handling non-conforming products, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and conducting investigations related to quality issues.   • Ensure products being produced meet customer requirements.
  • Responsible for handling non-conforming products and following up on customer complaints.
  • Ensure production practices comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Verify actions taken by production personnel regarding customer complaints and provide feedback to superiors regularly.
  • Conduct investigations with the production team when issues arise.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
