A prominent technology company in Penang is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to handle customer complaints, manage QA activities, and lead a team of QA personnel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in QA, including 2 years in management, preferably in the semiconductor or metal fabrication industries. This role calls for strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is pivotal in ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints / feedback and work with related team members to rectify the matter.
Perform failure analysis of customer defect and provide improvement plan.
Coordinate First Article (FA) inspection review and ensure first time submission without errors to customers.
To troubleshoot any other quality related activities such as project improvement and etc.
Lead and perform training and mentorship to a team of QA personnel.
Technical support to customer pertaining to product specification and requirement.
Handling internal & external customers and product audits.
Performs other duties as assigned by the superior.
