Liaise with customers or process owners and suppliers on quality issues, investigation and improvement together with related personnel.

Develop and Promote QMS awareness requirements throughout organization.

Creates quality improvement programs across functional areas to maintain quality awareness among employees.

Lead a team on investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and mistake proofing activities for in-house rejects and customer complaints.

Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.

Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Quality Management System, knowledge in Sheet Metal and Fabrication for automation industries.
• Excellent data analyzing and review skills, Strong technical and computer skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor.
