Job scope

• a) Handles and coordinate all QA issues and problem-solving activities.
• b) Handle customers' complaints, support customer service, and maintain good relationships with the customers.
• c) Involved internal QA process audits, ISO audits, product safety audits & external customer audits.
• d) Supervise the QC Technicians and Inspectors on the QA activities (Inspection, repair machine & Equipment Calibration).
• e) Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for yield and productivity improvements.
• f) Process review & coordinate with related PIC to improve process.
• g) Set up new model inspection plan & perform reliability test.
• h) Coordinate new model process buy off and the validation of product quality.
• k) RoHS & REACH compliance verification.
• m) Make sure production follow UL, TUV & other related product safety regulations.
