Requirement

Responsibility
  • Customer quality management / Manage customers queries and complaints.
  • Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer / Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.
  • In Process Quality control, NCA follow up to prevent re-occurence / Process Audit.
  • Incoming parts quality control / Supplier Quality Management / MRB control / To support ad-hoc activities requested by superior /Non conformance / MRB Control.
  • Responsible for FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new tooling / tooling change or transfer.
  • Work with Operations & Engineering team for Continuous Improvement.
  • Work together with supplier for any NPI parts improvements change in the drawing /correlation on the measurement method and other issue related to NPI raw parts.
