Job description

What you’ll be doing

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, performance, and stability of features.

Identify, document, and track bugs in ClickUp (or relevant tracking tools).

Collaborate closely with product team and developers to replicate and resolve issues efficiently.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients and gather feedback for improvements.

Ensure regression testing is conducted before releases.

Maintain proper QA documentation, including test reports and release notes.

Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role.
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to clearly document and communicate test results.
• Experience testing across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and backend APIs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
