1. Monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs.

2. 2. Duties and responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing quality standards.
2. Developing and implementing quality control systems.
3. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
4. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
5. Collaborating with operation teams to develop and implement controls and improvements.
6. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
7. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
8. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
9. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
10. Participate in NPI production members to drive quality-related concern and issues.
11. Leading the weekly quality meeting and ICT/FCT yield discussion.
12. Any relevant task assigned by superior/head of dept.
13. 2.13 Report:
    1. 2.13.1 Weekly and Monthly Quality Report
    2. 2.13.2 RMA Report
    3. 2.13.3 Fully responsible on RMA – follow up with internal and share RCCA with the customer within 7 working days.
       1. 2.13.3.1 Review and update into the tracker within 24 hours.
       2. 2.13.3.2 Visual inspection & update tracker within 24 hours
       3. 2.13.3.3 Internal meeting same day.
       4. 2.13.3.4 Retest & FA internal 7 working days
       5. 2.13.3.5 Supplier FA and follow up 21 working days
14. 2.14 8D/Car Report
15. 2.15 Shipment-related document (COC, COA, and Outgoing Report)
