Job summary

A leading technology firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a professional for NPI material planning and inventory management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business studies or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, along with familiarity with MRP planning. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently are also crucial. This position is offered on a 1-year contract basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent or advanced diploma with 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• NPI material planning/ coordination with project team in order to meet project timeline
• Manage inventory control
• Assess material risk and communicate with procurement whenever necessary for supply strategy management
• Perform purchasing data review & approval before setup to SAP for usage
• Issue PO and manage MRB
• Logistic coordination between supplier and internal logistic department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent field or advance diploma with 5 years relevant field experience.
• 1 year contract basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
