Responsibilities

  • Conduct purchasing activities.
  • Process Purchase Orders to vendors.
  • Follow up on vendors' on-time delivery.
  • Handle confirmed import shipments.
  • Assist in handling quality issues.
  • Maintain records of purchases and invoices.
  • Follow up on payments.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible on conducting purchasing activities.
  • Process Purchase Order (PO) to vendor.
  • Ensure to follow up with vendors on time delivery status (OTD).
  • Handle and follow-up on confirmed import shipment.
  • Assists and follow up in handling quality issues/reject items.
  • Ensure and maintain and record all the purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
  • Follow up on payment.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
  • An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
  • Min 1 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage to deal with suppliers.
