You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — coordinating closely with vendors, ensuring quality at every stage, and supporting the timely delivery of products for sports events nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Confirm product specifications with the sales team and ensure vendors follow approved artwork accurately.

Monitor production and shipment status closely with local and overseas suppliers.

Perform thorough quality checks on all incoming goods and report issues immediately.

Maintain healthy stock levels and place orders proactively when needed.

Keep all purchasing documents, records, and inventories well‑organised.

Coordinate courier arrangements and follow up on delivery matters.

Resolve production‑related issues quickly to protect timelines and output quality.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with China vendors), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong attention to detail with a zero‑error mindset.

Comfortable communicating with suppliers and managing time‑sensitive deadlines.

Basic Adobe Illustrator skills are a plus.

Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing, procurement, or production coordination.
