Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage day-to-day procurement operations and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a good understanding of supply chain procedures, and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Obtain quotes, compare prices, and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and delivery timelines.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and supply chain principles.
