  • Implement a vendor management system to track performance and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports for market insights and spending patterns.

  • Identify potential vendors through to negotiating and evaluating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, regularly evaluating their performance based on quality, cost and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain a robust vendor management system to track vendor performance, manage contracts and mitigate supply chain risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, engineering and finance, to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities are aligned with business objectives.
