Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
  • Oversee general office management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining well-organized records.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Purchasing Duties
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) based on departmental requirements.
  • Source suppliers, compare quotations, and support negotiation efforts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of purchase transactions, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments to support operational and procurement needs.
  • Provide timely updates to management on procurement progress and administrative matters.
