PUPIL IN CHAMBERS (CONVEYANCING / LITIGATION)
  • Assist lawyers on conveyancing & litigation files
  • Perform general legal tasks
  • Conduct legal research, assist in document preparation and other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
  • Gain exposure to firm operations, client handling, and legal strategy
  • To perform other job‑related duties as assigned from time to time
ADMIN/RECEPTION
  • To handle administrative work for the firm
  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations
  • Handle incoming calls and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Maintain and records voucher, organized legal files, and office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal staff
  • Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
  • Assist lawyer with administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Pupil/Chambering
  • Recognised academic and professional qualifications for law practice in Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Written and spoken proficiencies in both English and the Malay languages – Mandarin proficiency is preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Willingness to learn
Admin
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field preferred
  • 1–3 years experience in administrative or receptionist roles; legal or corporate experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin
  • Professional, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn
