The Position

As a PSS Transformation & Solution Advisor, your mission is to engage and partner primarily with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues across all Chapters including PSS and, where needed, with business stakeholders. Your focus is on delivering customized servicing strategies, navigating employee & business transformations, developing proactive solutions to support continuous improvements and providing great partner experiences to support in moments that matter. You help translate business goals into P&C priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with all Chapters.

You will be :
  • Builds People Support Solutions (PSS) squads to deliver seamless execution of complex business reorganizations/transformations, Mergers, Acquisitions and divestitures
  • Represents PSS on the Acquisition Core Deal team and leads the squad created to support the P&C system (Workday) integration
  • Continuously engages stakeholders in and outside of P&C seeking feedback and striving for great partnerships and customer experiences.
  • Proactively identifies customer needs or P&C solutions’ gaps, and translates these needs to change requests and builds cross-functional squads to implement continuous improvements within our P&C network.
  • Collaborates on complex P&C challenges and demands, connecting with the right P&C chapters to develop an end-to-end solution, determine ownership and drive effective change management.
  • Provides demand forecasting with other PSS work streams. Participates in global/regional squads for deployment of key initiatives or new system launches as needed.
Who you are

You bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Passion for project management, process improvement and change management. Exceptional stakeholder management, representing our P&C/PSS vision and being able to articulate the strategy and “the why” behind it. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a matrixed, fast-paced, sometimes volatile environment while balancing competing priorities. Ability to lead teams without direct authority, ensuring end-to-end ownership and accountability, utilizing analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach
  • Strong communication, consulting, negotiation and influencing skills. Strong customer orientation with proven experiences in service delivery management, and HR process design. Experienced P&C professional working in a global/virtual environment with servicing experience
  • University degree or equivalent, HR preferred. 5+ years experience with HR processes, HR shared services, HR functional expertise, and/or HR generalist know-how, ideally in a global environment
  • Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Chinese)
  • Project management and/or process improvement experience and/or certification
