Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up and testing prototype units, documenting results, and troubleshooting issues. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Set up, assemble, and install prototype units according to engineering specifications.
  • Perform functional and performance testing on prototype units with minimal supervision.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of issues encountered during testing.
  • Record test results and compile clear and accurate test reports.
  • Support engineers in validating prototype designs and improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, test records, and testing procedures.
  • Handle basic tools, equipment, and soldering work required for prototype testing.
  • Ensure testing activities follow safety and quality standards.
  • Working hours: Mon - Thu 7:45am to 5:20pm; Friday 7:45am to 5:30pm.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on skills, including soldering and basic hardware testing.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Familiar with testing instruments and prototype setup.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
