Overview

Opening Application for PROTEGE Program within Airbus in Malaysia. This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government. Kindly note this application is for Structure Repair Support Department based in Airbus Customer Services (Sepang).

Responsibilities
  • To be familiar with current and future business processes, and ensure the smooth delegation within the team.
  • To support in maintaining the team’s regional operations dashboard / KPIs and associated actions’ follow up and closure.
  • Initiate updating of Airbus manuals and working procedures as necessary with the relevant team.
  • To support in addressing internal/external complaints and carry out Non Conformity problem-solving where required.
  • Identify training requirements based on competency management assessments and to maintain all the records in the database.
  • Answer daily repair queries related to design and documentation in liaison with partner design offices, where deemed necessary.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Fresh Graduate
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not par with the market rate.
  • Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application)
