Be part of our PROTÉGÉ program! Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneur (PROTÉGÉ ) is one of Maybank Group's Corporate Responsibility Programme in support of the Government's initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates.
Job Responsibilities
Graduated selected for the PROTÉGÉ will undergo twelve (12) months learning on the job experience with Group Group Technology & Digital (Finance Department) in Maybank.
Social Media Content and BAU Support
- Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across social platforms
- Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring posts are published in a timely manner
- Support BAU operations during peak periods by following established SOPs
- Stay informed on platform and industry trends to support content relevance
Social Listening and Reporting
- Monitor brand mentions and online conversations across platforms
- Assist in tracking daily brand sentiment and key indicators such as Net Sentiment Score
- Gain hands on experience using social listening tools such as Sprinklr
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly sentiment and performance reports
- Flag potential issues or emerging trends to the team
Campaign, KOL, and Seeder Support
- Support KOL and seeder outreach campaigns under team guidance
- Conduct quality checks on influencer and seeder content drafts to ensure key messages and campaign USPs are accurately communicated
- Track content deployment timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Assist in compiling post campaign summaries and documentation
Reporting and Coordination
- Assist in compiling social media and influencer performance reports
- Maintain accurate tracking of content schedules, postings, and deliverables
- Support coordination and administrative tasks within the social media team
Job Requirements
- Field of Study: Communications / Marketing / Any related discipline
- Communication: Clear verbal & written skills
