We are seeking talented fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our 12‑month Protege, Credit Administration! This program is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable hands‑on experience, mentorship and training which are mainly to involve in preparing Security Checklist, maintain proper records on security movement, work closely with solicitors and relevant parties to ensure adherence with policies. Successful candidates will report to the Manager, Credit Administration.

Job Responsibilities

Functional

  • Conduct regular Security Checklists as requested by relevant departments and responsible for the accuracy of collateral maintenance accounts.
  • Liaise with solicitors/developers to verify documentation meets legal requirements and promptly notify management in the event of issues arise.
  • Track, control and custody the security documents while efficiently attending to customer’s requests on copies of security documents.
  • Assist in preparation of management reports and timely monitor the outstanding security documents including sinking funds and perfection of charges to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team in managing customer expectations to foster a positive customer experience.

Organizational

  • Ensure accurate documentation records and audit trail for all work‑related matters, source documents, and manuals to uphold the Bank's integrity.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all Bank‑related information, including business operations and customer data from unauthorized parties (if any).
Job Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Tertiary Education in relevant equivalent disciplines with minimum CGPA 3.0 and above.
  • Fresh graduates or 1‑2 years of working experience related. Training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken) and PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
