Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Property Sales & Marketing (preferably within property development / real estate).
• Result-oriented and highly driven in sales.
• Strong leadership capabilities to lead a dynamic sales team.
• Strong market intelligence and awareness of market environment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of laws governing the property industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dynamic property sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Drive sales and marketing execution aligned to market conditions and business goals.
• Apply market intelligence and strong awareness of the market environment to sharpen go-to-market efforts.
• Ensure sales practices align with relevant laws and guidelines governing the property industry.
• Prepare and manage reporting, documentation, and coordination using MS Office tools.
