We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our growing team at VAM Property Management Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our diverse residential property portfolio. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Effectively managing and maintaining a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-kept and tenant-ready

Conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and addressing any tenant concerns in a timely manner

Overseeing the collection of rents, processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records

Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable tenants, as well as managing tenancy agreements and renewals

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants

Staying up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in residential property management

Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives to enhance the company\'s property management operations

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management or a related real estate field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and various stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to property management

Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to residential property management

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technology tools

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
