Job Scopes : -

• Manage daily mall operations, maintenance and tenant relation
• Lead daily pre-opening checks of common areas
• Oversee service contractors to ensure high standards
• Coordinate inspections and rectification works
• Ensure building services and facilities are in good condition
• Prepare technical specs and manage tenders for M&E works
• Coordinate retailer fit-out and handover of premises
• Liaise with government agencies to maintain a safe environment
• Handle tenancy matters, rectification, and cleanliness issues
• Establish procedures and documentation
• Build strong relationships with teams, providers and customers
