Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Project Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience, with strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. About the role

As the Project Site Supervisor at IQI Concept, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee and coordinate daily on‑site activities, including communication with owners, suppliers, and scheduling of deliveries to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Supervise and manage site operations to ensure all work aligns with the project timeline, design specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Identify and resolve on‑site challenges promptly to maintain an uninterrupted and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage and deliver the project successfully.
  • Familiarity with detailed interior design, technical, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings is an added advantage; training will be provided if needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with multilingual associates.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Ability to work on weekends based on site schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and a team‑oriented mindset.
