Position: Project Sales Executive (Electrical Products)

Location: Klang Valley & Northern Region

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders such as developers, M&E consultants, architects, and contractors to promote Legrand’s electrical solutions at the project specification stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications in new projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines.
  • Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred, to liaise with diverse client groups.
  • Who can join immediately.
  • Willing to travel outstation. Willing to work in Klang Valley and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • Must have own transport OR Residing nearby the office area for easier commute.
  • Qualification: Min Diploma.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
Salary Packages
  • Basic salary: RM3,000 to RM9,000 (including allowances).
  • Allowance: RM700 within Klang Valley.
  • RM800 Outstation.
  • RM50 Toll.
  • Petrol Card will be provided upon confirmation. Before confirmation pay and claim (80/20 – Klang Valley)(85/15 – Outstation).
  • Commission: Based on the project.
  • Company Phone will be provided.

Mon – Fri 8.00am – 5.30pm
