Job summary

A public listed company in property development is seeking an individual to assist the Project Marketing Executive and Manager. This role involves preparing project documents, liaising with internal teams for updates, and maintaining proper documentation. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field and possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Marketing Executive and Manager in preparing, compiling and organizing documents for project and submission packages.
  • Liase with internal teams ( Sales, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Legal, Contract, Project division ) for data collection and project updates.
  • Prepare letters, memos, circulars, meeting notes/minutes and compliance reports
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing and archiving system for submissions, approvals, licenses and marketing materials ( physical & digital )
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Public Relations or related field.
  • 2-3 years of related experience (property development experience an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organised, detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
  • Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong documentation, planning and coordination skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive in resolving isues.

  • Annual leave – 14 working days per year for new hires below manager level. You will be entitled to take annual leave after your confirmation of service (generally this is after the initial 3-month probation period.)
