A leading consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategy and business transformation. This role focuses on improving business processes across various offices while advocating for tech adoption in HR Tech. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields, be skilled in project management, and possess strong analytical and communication abilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies are essential for success in this role.
We are exploring someone who could start off with Voice AI knowledge and start off with a specific project first. If this person is good, we are able to consider converting to PERM role.

Can-do attitude, willing to learn new things.
Voice AI Technology is relatively new in the market, so this person will need to learn by themselves and understand some technical terms.
Able to draw out process, and communicate with vendors, key stakeholders in KL, and Australia.
Position Objective
This role will support organizational growth and efficiency by reviewing and transforming business processes across the front office, mid office, and back office. A critical part of this role is to identify processes that can be improved, design solutions, and drive implementation through technology and HR Tech adoption.
The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and highly visual — capable of translating complex processes and strategies into clear visual frameworks, dashboards, and roadmaps. They will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact in profitability, efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer experience.
