About the role

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join ALL HAPPY SDN. BHD. as a full-time Project Manager (Store Opening) based in Butterworth, Penang. Reporting to the Retail Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of new store openings and renovations across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the entire store setup process, from plan confirmation to opening and delivery; coordinating resources across design, construction, and equipment stages; controlling progress, quality, and cost to ensure the store is completed on time and meets opening requirements.

• Responsible for the overall planning and follow-up of the entire store setup process, including quotation calculation and confirmation, franchise agreement signing, and franchise fee collection; continuously tracking key milestones and ensuring smooth progress throughout the entire setup cycle.

• Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact the project.

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the project delivery process
