Job description

Drive and manage design process with consultants to achieve optimization and economical design for the client, and timeliness of design deliverables to meet the milestones for tender and construction.

Review design briefs and criteria submitted by consultants.

Review and manage project time frame, project implementation and quality performance, monitoring, and control.

Prepare and review project reports, recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness.

Ensure design is comprehensive for tender and provide comments, if any.

Review all programme submitted by both consultants and contractors ensuring the agreed Completion Dates are met for various stages of the project.

Verify the contractor’s progress of work submitted through the consultants.

Assess and review any variation works that are recommended by the consultants.

Liaise with local authorities on the statutory requirements on all technical related matters.

Monitor site work activities during project implementation stage according to approved master programme.

Ensure proper documentation is done with traceability for final production of as-built drawings and documentation.

Implement all related policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.

Manage and ensure compliance with stakeholder and hotel operator expectations and standards.

Requirements
