Job Summary
This role is a hybrid of event leadership, P&L and operational management. You will conceptualize and execute events ranging from intimate activations to large-scale experiences with footfalls of up to 100,000, while also overseeing production, logistics, fulfillment, and P&L performance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, commercially driven, highly operational and able to manage both the creative and executional sides of events with lean teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Event Leadership
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact events across malls, private venues, and public spaces.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle from strategy and planning through to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
- Ensure each event aligns with brand objectives, influencer strategies, and audience engagement goals.
- Operations & Fulfillment
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows for event preparation and execution.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for merchandise, PR kits, and event collateral.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements and deliverables.
- Drive efficiency and quality across production, logistics, and backstage operations.
- Financial & P&L Management
- Own the P&L for the events and operations function.
- Prepare detailed budgets, monitor spend, and drive profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising event quality.
- Develop reporting systems to track financial and operational performance.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Build, lead, and motivate lean internal teams across events and operations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, venues, and talent partners.
- Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Innovation & Scalability
- Continuously improve event formats, production workflows, and fulfillment processes.
- Leverage technology and digital integrations to optimize operations and amplify reach.
- Establish best practices that enable scalability across multiple events and clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in event management and operations, with proven success running large-scale events (25 to 50,000 attendees) and overseeing operational fulfillment.
- Skills:
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
- Expertise in event production, logistics, and operations.
- Hands‑on experience in merchandise sourcing, procurement, and PR kit fulfillment.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Mindset: Resourceful, solution‑oriented, commercially driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Network: Established connections with venues, suppliers, production houses, and agencies preferred.
