About the job Project Manager (ESG Solution)

ESG/sustainability is a continuously evolving landscape and sustainability reporting requirements continue to increase globally. Aside from compliance, organizations are facing greater expectations not only from regulatory bodies, but also from different stakeholders: customers, investors, employees, suppliers, lenders, etc.

We are looking for Project Managers to support our software product which aims to support our clients in their sustainability reporting journey from standard compliance to next-level ESG governance.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client
  • Ensuring alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectations
  • Identifying resources or tasks needed for the project
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding)
  • Providing project updates via meetings or emails
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring any changes are clearly communicated and documented
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams
  • Monitor and raise/address issues that may affect the project
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in managing projects, preferably within IT or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with working on structured or government-related projects is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client projects from initiation through completion with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Ability to bring projects to successful closure and maintain ongoing client engagement.
  • Ability to conduct software user training in Chinese for clients (preferred for at least one candidate, not required for all).
