Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Implement and audit QA/QC procedures (incorporating QLASSIC standards) to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Progress Management: Review Work Programs and handle essential reporting (EOT, claims, and issue statements).
  • Problem Solving: Actively identify site risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8–10 years in construction, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise: Strong ability in blueprint reading, PAM Contract knowledge, and QLASSIC standards.
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
