Project Manager (Data Center Projects)

Job Description

• Lead the planning, organization, and delivery of mid-size data center construction projects.
• Manage project teams, including direct reports and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; drive cost-saving and revenue-increasing opportunities.
• Report project progress and financials to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of independent project management experience in construction, preferably with data center or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering, design, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with local HSE regulations and quality standards in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
