Job summary

A leading project management company based in Johor is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in project management. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, managing resources, and leading teams to ensure successful project delivery. Proficient communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are required, with Mandarin proficiency being an advantage. Frequent local and overseas travel may be necessary.

Define Project Scope and Objective, Roles and Project Responsibility

To Manage Project Resources

Project Status Overview, Project Delivery Timeline and Forecast

Job Responsibilities:

Project Delegation, Planning and Execution.

Communication Between Department to Ensure Delivery Timeline.

To Understand Sales Team and Customer Needs and Prioritize Delivery.

Produce Report for Management Review.

Leading and Controlling Project Performance with Available Resource.

Manage Projects and Scheduling and Assigning Task, Monitor and Guide Subordinate.

Report Monthly Project Execution with Dashboards.

Coordinated Internal & External, Identify Problem and Offer Efficient Solutions.

Material Planning & Monitoring.

Organize and Facilitate Project Meeting with Agent and Direct Customer.

Ensure the Project is on Track to Meet Company Goals

Empower Team Members and Encourage Knowledge Sharing and Promote Effective Communication

Overseeing the Team Progress, Set Goals and Feedback Performance with Achievable KPIs.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical).

Oral & written communication skills (English, Malay & Mandarin)

Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

Minimum 5 Years in Project Management Environment.

Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Result oriented & ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

Required to Present at the Project Physical Work Site.

Able to Travel Local and Overseas.
