• In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement, and authority requirements
• Proven leadership in managing site teams, consultants, and contractors
• Strong coordination, reporting, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in site scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking tools

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery: scheduling, construction, quality control, and safety
• Coordinate with authority, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from pre-construction planning.
• Drive progress on-site, plan activities, manage manpower and materials efficiently
• Monitor project milestones, cost, claims, variation orders, and billing
• Conduct site reviews, ensure all documentation, authority submissions, and permits are in order
• Lead regular site meetings, resolve technical and operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (QLASSIC, etc.)
• Review risk assessments, coordinate accident investigations, and implement corrective actionsProvide project updates and reports to senior management or stakeholders
