We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of our engineering, procurement, and mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Leading the charge: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical and non‑technical staff across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines.

Project mastermind: Overseeing all aspects of project planning, including schedule development, resource allocation, procurement, quality control, and more.

Meeting expectations: Understanding and implementing project management strategies to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

On‑site leadership: Managing multiple trade contractors with a focus on safety, logistics, schedule coordination, and quality of work.

Financial control: Accountable for project controls including cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, progress control, earned value reporting, change management, cash flow management, and the overall financial health of the project.

Communication champion: Managing project communication with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective documentation and transfer of project data according to a communication plan.

Risk management expert: Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Team player and motivator: Encouraging team harmony and motivating project teams to achieve goals. Take initiative to meet internal & external customer needs in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.

Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight timelines and project demands.
