We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will lead planning, execution, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Deliver Projects – Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from initiation through completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery.
• Performance Management – Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and prepare accurate and timely reports for both management and clients.
• Contract Administration – Administer contracts, monitor claims, and ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Resource & Cost Optimization – Manage resource allocation and implement effective cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to all safety, health, environmental (SHE), and CIDB requirements.
• Problem-Solving – Proactively anticipate project risks, technical challenges, and delays; resolve them with effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive best practices and foster a culture of excellence in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction/engineering industry.
