What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Supporting Project Success: Work closely with department representatives to coordinate and assist in all phases of project activities, from defining scope to monitoring progress and managing resources.
- Enabling Change: Provide hands‑on support for stakeholders embarking on new process and system implementations, including pre‑ and post‑implementation reviews to ensure smooth transitions and lasting benefits.
- Mapping Processes: Facilitate workshops and regular communications with stakeholders to clearly capture current business processes and help visualize future‑state improvements.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Act as a vital link between internal users and external vendors by simplifying and documenting requirements, controls, processes, and procedures.
- Risk and Quality Awareness: Help assess potential risks, track project milestones, and participate in quality assurance efforts to keep initiatives on track.
- Effective Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and aligned through regular updates, meetings, and change management activities that help navigate challenges and promote collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience supporting project management or transformation initiatives, ideally within Finance or Supply Chain contexts.
- Skilled in coordinating regional project activities while managing expectations with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail‑oriented and analytical, with the ability to transform business ideas into clear, step‑by‑step execution plans.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Power Platform.
- Experience interacting with IT teams, operational departments, and external vendors to deliver solutions according to agreed SLAs or SOWs.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, capable of thriving in multicultural, cross‑geographical teams.
