• Lead the project team to ensure successful project delivery and act as the primary person responsible for project delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Resolve and manage customers’ original requests, change requests, and issues.
• Quickly learn and become familiar with the business domain and customers environment.
• Resolve internal and external conflicts during the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese and English as working languages; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• Possess project management experience in automotive electronics, software development or design-related projects.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness.
• Strong comprehension ability and capability to collaborate across departments and functions.

Key Challenges

• Request Management: For design products, the uncertainty and changes in requirements pose significant challenges.
• Business background: Evaluate whether the person has knowledge or understanding of automotive development, automotive electronics development, design, and software development.
• Communication and Conflict Resolution: Assess the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts both internally (within the team or company) and externally (with customers and partners).
