Job description

Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance with the project drawings & specifications, work schedule and relevant requirements. Ensure achieving timely completion of the project within allocated budget.

Handle project planning and to do co-ordinate and oversee works on site.

To work closely with client and consultant on issue arising and to attend monthly progress coordination meeting.

To liaise with local authorities on statutory and regulatory requirement.

Oversee and leading project team to ensure all projects run smooth and resolving issues and problems arising on site.

Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls, factory and residential towers.

Preparing engineering drawings as per customer's specification request, site progress reports and Operation and Manual (O&M).

Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.

Lead, guide, train and monitor subordinates

Reporting to management on project progress on regular basis

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent field of study and aspire to develop career path in building Mechanical & Electrical engineering

Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Office

Engineers with at least 10 years of working experience in the Electrical/Mechanical field and managerial roles are welcome.

Possess comprehensive understanding of various type building Electrical/Mechanical system design and operation.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
