  • At least 10 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience managing F&B projects, preferably involving new outlet launches.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, supply chain processes, compliance, and SOP implementation.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and training capabilities.
  • Experience in multi‑unit F&B operations or chain restaurant openings.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and vendor management for F&B outlet setups.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of new F&B outlet setups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Procurement, HR) and external vendors (contractors, designers, suppliers).
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Oversee site selection, layout planning, and interior fit-out to meet brand and franchise standards (if applicable).
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food regulations, including licensing requirements.
  • Plan and manage procurement of kitchen equipment, furniture, and operational necessities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train operational staff for new outlets; lead and motivate teams for operational readiness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor quality standards, operational readiness, and adherence to SOPs prior to outlet launch.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management on a weekly to monthly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to company and franchise standards (if applicable).
