Job summary

A leading financial solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee strategic initiatives and optimize processes. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of project management experience, fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong collaboration skills. Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin for daily operations and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic group initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams (development, testing, business) to deliver projects on time and in line with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Design and optimize R&D workflows and quality standards, adapting processes to diverse business needs for continuous operational improvement.
  • Performance Enhancement: Analyze project KPIs and efficiency metrics to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Business & Pre‑sales Support: Partner with sales teams to provide pre‑sales support, including client requirement analysis, proposal development, solution design, and seamless project handover.
  • Collaboration & Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: Adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (verbal/written) required for daily operations and stakeholder communication; Bachelor or higher degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years in project management (experience in finance/tech is preferred); PMP/Scrum/Agile certifications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments (securities, funds) and CFA I/related qualifications is a plus.
