Job description

Lead, manage the planning & execution of strategic projects for NIQ MI T&D, which includes but is not limited to Growth Initiatives, Product Enhancement Projects and Strategic Initi needed. This project manager will drive project execution excellence—on-time, on-quality delivery & within budget.

Manages Scope

• Responsible for the accurate and timely production of: Statement of Work, Project Plan, Risk Management Plan, success criteria and aligned with steering/stakeholders.
• Applies consistent change control process
• Strong Change Leader with ability to drive stakeholders through the change making a compelling case.
• Actively identifies, assigns, and tracks issues & risks, ensuring mitigation and mitigation ownership is in place.
• Initiating activities and management interventions when gaps in the Project are identified or issues arise
• Demonstrates resilience and optimism

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. (Ex : MS-Project)
• Preferred PMI / PMP Certification
• Experience on an operational leadership role
• Knowledge of NIQ MI T&D business and/or products
• Work experience in multi-cultural environments & multi country responsibilities
