Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager (Electrical) to lead and manage the execution of electrical engineering works across complex industrial projects. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of electrical works for projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget completion.
- Manage and coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and implementation.
- Review and validate electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor the progress of electrical works, resolving technical or execution‑related issues.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders for compliance, permits, and inspections.
- Ensure seamless coordination between M&E systems, Civil & Structural, and Architectural works.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Uphold safety and quality standards at all stages of the project.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and updates for management and clients.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management or Project Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing electrical works, with proven involvement in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to effectively liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
