A construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in façade engineering. Responsibilities include coordinating project resources, ensuring timely delivery, and managing risks, while possessing strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and should be willing to travel for projects.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, report and escalat to management as needed.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Establish and maintain relationship with the client, stakeholders, third parties/ vendors.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on façade engineering.
A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for outstation project.
