Aggregate Pi Biz Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Johor. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This full‑time position is essential in supporting the company's strategic objectives and expanding its presence in the Information & Communication Technology industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate effective communication to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency
• Manage project budgets and maintain accurate financial records
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and execute complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross‑functional teams
