A project management solutions company is seeking a Project Management System Associate in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves supporting pre-sales, implementation, and consulting for ProjectNow CDP and other project management systems like Oracle Primavera. Responsibilities include demonstrations, solution configurations, and client support. Candidates should have 1–3 years in project management, exposure to Oracle Primavera P6 and a relevant degree. Strong skills in user training and dashboard reporting are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in project management or project controls or scheduling/planning.
• Hands‑on exposure to Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and their practical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities including solution demonstrations, requirement gathering, and proposal support.
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and data validation.
• Provide functional consulting on dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Support user training, UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.

Job description

The Project Management System Associate will support pre‑sales, implementation, consulting, and post‑implementation support activities for ProjectNow Consolidated Dashboard Platform (CDP) and other project management systems including Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Primavera Unifier.

ProjectNow CDP – Core Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities including solution demonstrations, requirement gathering, and proposal support
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and data validation
• Provide functional consulting on dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
• Support user training, UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation support
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for integrations
• Assist in pre‑sales and implementation of Primavera P6, OPC, and Primavera Unifier
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and data validation
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and client presentations

Consulting & Support

• Provide functional support to clients
• Assist in resolving system and reporting issues
• Support documentation, SOPs, and implementation templates

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years experience in project management or project controls or scheduling /planning
• Hands‑on exposure to Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Understanding of scheduling concepts and project controls
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and their practical business applications

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, IT, or related field
• Project Management fundamentals certification preferred
