A financial services organization in Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled individual to manage the implementation and enhancement of their Treasury Management System (TMS). The role involves liaising with business users, the technical team, and vendors, while evaluating business needs and recommending effective solutions. Candidates should possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields along with at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management, and must be proficient in Python and SQL. Manage system implementation / enhancements / modifications for the Bank’s Treasury Management System (TMS)
Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical team and vendor on project priorities, scope, timelines and resources
Evaluate business needs and recommend effective solutions that align with business strategic goals
Prepare business requirement documents and translate them into detailed functional specifications
Perform system configuration / customisation based on modifications requested by business users
Conduct project evaluations to assess the quality and execution of the project
A recognised Degree in Information Technology, Data Science or other related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis or Project Management, preferably for Treasury Management Systems
Proficient in system scripting and configuration using Python and SQL
Able to deliver workable solutions and make clear decisions under pressure
Adept at managing concurrent project deliverables while maintaining high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders
Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
