A leading construction management firm in Selangor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily maintenance and coordinate retail projects from design to completion. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CAD software, strong project coordination skills, and experience managing construction projects. This position demands excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee and coordinate the daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of factories, office, and outlet facilities.
Handle emergency repairs and urgent situations to ensure outlet operate smoothly.
Lead retail projects through all phases, including design development, authority approval, completion and handover.
Develop project execution plans, including floor plans, schedules and milestones, monitor progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Manage project budgets and overall cost control to safeguard financial performance.
Supervise site activities, resolve construction challenges, monitor quality and safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of works.
Coordinate closely and communicate well with internal teams and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants and authorities).
